When can I expect my order?

Your order will be picked, packed and ship within 2-4 business days. Domestic freight around Australia can take between 2-8 business days from our warehouse to your destination.

If you have ordered a pre-order item, there will be a slight delay on your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when this has been sent.

Can I pick up my order in venue?

Unfortunately, your online orders cannot be picked up in store. All items are available in stores across Australia, so if you would like your items right away we suggest going to your nearest store.

Do you have gift cards available?

Yes, we do have physical gift cards available to purchase, they can be found here. These come in $25, $50 and $100 increments and a physical card will be shipped directly to you.

Can I earn Chi Club points?

Unfortunately, you cannot earn or redeem any Chi Club points on gifts and merchandise bought online or in venues

Sold out? When will these items be restocked?

All items have been made in limited quantities with the intention to sell out! These items will not be restocking.

What are the payment options?

You can pay via Shoppay, paypal, mastercard, visa, apple pay or google pay.

I need to make changes to my order

If you need to update any details with your order, please reach out to our customer service team. Orders cannot be cancelled.

What is the returns policy?

Unfortunately, you cannot return your order unless damaged or broken. If your items are damaged or broken, please reach out to our customer service team at.

Can I return my order to one of your venues?

If your item which you bought in store is faulty or broken, please take this back to the store you purchased it from with your receipt of purchase. From there someone in store will be able to issue you a refund in exchange for your items.

My item arrived faulty, what should I do?

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team here with your full name and order number. From here someone will let you know the best way to return your products for a refund/exchange of item.

Do you sell e-Gift cards if I want to email someone?
