Refunds & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final when bought online or in-venue. Should you have any questions, we ask that you take the time to read our Returns & Exchanges Policy below. 

We advise customers to check through what they are intending on buying prior to ordering as we will not accept returns or exchanges on items for change of mind. This applies for all items bought in store or online. 

Damaged & Faulty Products

Online
Should your items arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within 1 working days of receiving your order by contacting merch@yochi.com.au. Please let us know your full name and order number in your email. 

We will reply within 2 business days regarding the options to return the order. 

Once confirmed, we will email through a returns label so that the items can be sent back to us for inspection. Once this has been arranged we will send you a replacement for the damaged items.

In-Store
Once arriving home from purchasing your goods in store, should your items seem damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Your damaged goods must be taken back to the store you purchased them from within 3 working days of purchasing it. Please ensure you present your receipt to our team in store, and we will give you a replacement item in exchange for your damaged good.
